The cut-off for the Early Entry Discount is at 9PM on Thursday before each show.
The Online Entry Form comes off the site about that time, but even if it is still up, entries made after 9PM on Thursday will be charged at full rate.
We'll put it back up a few weeks before the next show.
We do this so we have time to input all the entries into our Show Data Base, then print out Class Sheets for the first 10 or so classes. We do this on Friday, along with all the other preparations for your pending arrival!
We need Class Sheets to start the show. Until they are in all the right places, we can't start. The Discount is to really, really, really encourage you to get your entry in early so we have complete class sheets and can get started on time!
If you missed the Early Entry Option you can still sign up on Show Day. If you are in the first ten classes, get in line early to get signed up There are Entry Forms at the Show Office then use an Add/Drop form to get in those classes.
You'll still get in, just won't get that discount for signing up early. Sometimes you just aren't sure if you are going to get there, but if it is pretty certain, it is always better to sign up early.
Payment for classes scratched will be applied to classes added; overpayment will be credited toward future shows. See you there!
