Tall Pines Horse Show Circuit On-line Pre-Entry Form On show day: show us your 12-month Coggins, sign the release and pay at office
The early entry discount, and use of this form, stops at 9PM on the Thursday before the show.
We try to get this form off the web-site on Thursday night, but even if it is here and you complete and send it after 9PM, we may not have it, and the discount will not apply.
Our goal is to make the entry process smooth and easy, so we REALLY want to motivate you to sign up early! You don't pay for classes til you get there, so if something changes, call or send a messenger!
We have a lot of data with each show entry that takes time and attention to enter correctly, so go ahead, get signed up!

- You must put your email address on the form. These forms come to us as "feedback" from our website, and do not show your email addresses.

Instructions 1. Each horse/rider combination must have a separate entry form (and unique back #).
2. If you have been showing with us, we have all your info on file. - Complete Email address, Back Number,Your Name,Name of Horse. - Then skip to Class Numbers and complete the rest of the form. Be Very Sure the Back Number is Entered Correctly!
3. If this is your first show with us, leave "back number" blank, complete the entire form and we will assign a permanent back number when you check in on Saturday.
4. If you are signing up as a member, print and complete the membership form from a separate web page, and bring it with you to the office. Do not send it early - your points will begin to accrue the day you turn it in. Memberships and fees must be renewed annually.

IN CONSIDERATION, THEREFORE, FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF RIDING AND/OR OBSERVING AND/OR ENGAGING IN AN EQUINE ACTIVITY AT REEVES EQUESTRIAN CENTER, LOCATED AT 161 ORDIE RD, REEVESVILLE SC, THE UNDERSIGNED DOES HEREBY AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY TALL PINES HORSE SHOW CIRCUIT, REEVES EQUESTRIAN CENTER AND LAND OWNER, THERE AGENTS AND ASSIGNEES AND FURTHER RELEASE THEM FROM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, INJURY, OR ILLNESS TO THE UNDERSIGNED OR TO ANY HORSE OWNED/OR EXHIBITED BY THE UNDERSIGNED OR TO ANY FAMILY MEMBER OR SPECTATOR ACCOMPANYING THE UNDERSIGNED ON THE PREMISES. UNDER SOUTH CAROLINA LAW, AN EQUINE ACTIVITY SPONSOR OR EQUINE PROFFESIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN AN EQUINE ACTIVITY RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISK OF EQUINE ACTIVITY, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 7, CHAPTER 9 OF TITLE 47, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976.
Download and complete a RELEASE for everyone who will be riding a horse on the showgrounds. Bring it with you on show day! Don't forget to renew your annual Membership. Bring it with you on show day- points don't accrue until you become a member. Thanks and see you on show day!

3. BRING the hard copy with you to the show office - proof that you registered before the 9PM Thursday cut-off time, and of the classes you entered.
